Our Mission
‘’Our mission is to empower young minds and develop individual growth’’
Inclusive Supportive Learning & Education
Isle Study Centre is committed to delivering high-quality teaching, personalised learning and therapeutic support.
Founded and led by Dee Malam, an experienced educator and behaviour specialist, our provision is built on strong relationships, clear structure and a deep understanding of the needs of young people who struggle in traditional settings.
We support students who may be disengaged from education, in transition between schools, or facing temporary or permanent exclusion. From the moment a placement begins, we focus on rebuilding confidence, restoring trust in learning and creating a clear pathway forward.
Our environment is calm, structured and nurturing. We provide the space and support for young people to:
- Regulate emotions
- Develop resilience
- Overcome barriers to learning
- Achieve meaningful qualifications
- Prepare for reintegration or their next stage in education, training or employment
We work collaboratively with parents, carers, schools, local authorities and external professionals to ensure each student receives consistent, joined-up support. Therapeutic mentoring and counselling can be integrated into individual programmes where required.
